  1. HOW TO ENTER: For a chance to Win a Tempur-Pedic Bed and bed sheets prize, you must submit your e-mail reply by 3:00 p.m. ET on Wednesday, 3/28/08. CBS Studios Inc., the producer of the television series "The Montel Williams Show" will randomly select the name of one (1) person and will be provided one (1) set of100% organic cotton luxury sateen sheets and duvets from Nonprofitshoppingmall.com and (1) Tempur-Pedic Bed from tempurpedic.com.

  2. If you are selected and meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein, the products will be mailed to the name and address that you provide with your e-mail reply. One entry per person. No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited. Entrants must be Eighteen (18) years of age or older and reside in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or Washington, D.C. Employees, officers, and directors (including such persons' parents, spouses, children and siblings and members of the same household) of CBS Studios Inc., Mountain Movers Productions Inc., or any of their respective agencies, affiliates, parent companies or subsidiaries are not eligible to participate in this Giveaway.
