LIVING WELL: PARENTING 101
Raising a child is one of the most fulfilling parts of life, but also can be one of the most stressful. On today's Living Well show, we're giving you a crash course in Parenting 101. We’ll meet Amy, Chrissy and Meghan who are all pregnant and nervous about being new moms. Dr. Afriye Amerson is an OB/GYN here to put concerns and myths about pregnancy to rest. Parenting experts Denise and Alan Fields will also offer their tips on raising a family. We’ll talk to Kizzy, Maria and Stephanie who have all recently had babies but are finding it hard to shed that baby weight. Debra Flashenberg is here to help with some great exercises for expecting and new mothers! Rene Sylar is a former anchor of CBS' "The Early Show" and has some great advice for moms from her own experience being a working mother and raising her 2 children. We’ll also meet Katrina who has 5 kids that are displaying some behavioral issues. We'll give her tips to take back control of her house. Also, Lorena and Melissa the owners of The Silver Spoon are here to show our audience and viewers some of the best baby shower and kids trends!
