REWARDS FOR LIVING WELL
There's no quick fix for living well, so today, we're honoring those who put the effort into bettering their lives. It's a big celebration filled with Living Well Prize Moments and giveaways! M'hercedes is a young teen living with Lupus. The disease is taking its toll on her and her mother, Margo, wants to help her daughter live life to the fullest. Melissa and Lorena, The Silver Spoon Girls, decided to surprise M'hercedes by throwing a fantastic surprise party in her honor. Karen and Melissa are a mother and daughter duo who are used to doing everything together, but are divided in their ability to lose weight. Karen has lost over 170 pounds through diet and exercise and is trying to inspire Melissa to do the same. Montel will also announce the winner of his "Staff Challenge" that motivated his staff to lose weight and better their lives. Dr. Gadget is also back with tons of items that will help you get on track to living well! Watch to see how even our studio audience joins in on the fun as we reward living well!
