Susan Henry

Susan Henry is Co-Executive Producer of THE MONTEL WILLIAMS SHOW, CBS Television Distribution’s daily, one-hour, nationally syndicated talk show hosted by Montel Williams that returned for its 17th season on Monday, September 10, 2007.

Ms. Henry has been on staff of THE MONTEL WILLIAMS SHOW for the past 11 years, joining in 1995 as Production Assistant. She was named Associate Producer in August of 1996 before being promoted to Senior Associate Producer later that season. In 1997 she was named Producer a position she held until 2003, when she was named Senior Producer. In December of 2005 Ms. Henry was named Senior Supervising Producer before being named Co-Executive Producer in July 2006. She has covered historic events from the Columbine shootings to the 9/11 attacks and, most recently, the Hurricane Katrina disaster. Additionally, she has overseen the annual Holiday Show, arranging the musical guests and giveaways for families in need.

Ms. Henry earned her Communications degree from Queens College in 1995. She is single and currently resides in New Jersey.


Kimberly Forman-Brechka

Kimberly Forman-Brechka is Co-Executive Producer of THE MONTEL WILLIAMS SHOW, CBS Television Distribution’s daily, one-hour, nationally syndicated talk show hosted by Montel Williams that returned for its 17th season on Monday, September 10, 2007.

Ms. Forman-Brechka has been on staff of THE MONTEL WILLIAMS SHOW since 1997. She began her tenure as Associate Producer and by the following year was named Senior Associate Producer. In 1999 she was promoted to Producer and then Senior Producer in 2003. She was named Senior Supervising Producer in December 2005 before being named Co-Executive Producer in July, 2006. Ms. Forman Brechka has focused her career on producing shows that empower women, covering topics ranging from domestic violence to rape and incest survivors and “True Crime” episodes. She has also conducted numerous prison interviews, and most recently went to death row in Texas to interview the serial killer Tommy Lynn Sells. Prior to working at THE MONTEL WILLIAMS SHOW Ms. Forman-Brechka was an Associate Producer with “The Ricki Lake Show.”

Ms. Forman Brechka earned her Communications/ Television Production degree from Cortland State University in 1995. She currently lives in New Jersey with her husband Kevin and son Tyler.


Melanie Mclaughlin

Melanie McLaughlin is the President of Mountain Movers, Inc and Letnom Management and Productions, Inc., TV, film and talent management companies she runs under the Montel Williams brand.

Ms McLaughlin also serves as Executive Producer of The Montel Williams Show. The series, entering it's 17th year this September, is one of the longest running nationally syndicated daily programs in history. In her capacity as EP, she oversees a production staff of over 100 employees, is responsible for human resources and has the final accountability to the studio of an annual production budget in the millions. She also serves as the production company liason with studio executives.

In her capacity as CEO of the two companies, Ms McLaughlin is responsible for oversight of new business development and ongoing project management as well as managing the company employees. In addition to producing The Montel Williams Show, she has overseen production of an independent feature film, a primetime network series, syndicated specials and public service announcements. In her role as Montel Williams' manager, Ms McLaughlin has overseen all aspects of his career and business development for the last 17 years. She has negotiated and secured major spokesperson deals, multiple book contracts and TV deals as the talent representative for Montel Williams.

Her most cherished work is her volunteer position as President of the Board of Directors for the Montel Williams Foundation. The foundation is committed to directing 100% of public contributions to MS research and has granted 1 million dollars to date to prestigious research institutions. Montel Williams and the board of directors fund all of the administrative costs of the organization. In this capacity, Ms McLaughlin is the sole board member responsible for week to week oversight of the foundation.

Ms McLaughlin is married and the proud mother of three children ages 4, 8 and 10 and resides in Somers, NY.
